Review the finished film, not only the raw ingredients
A commercial oral-film project needs an agreed formula version, serving, film size and acceptance criteria. Ingredient identity and supplier paperwork support the review but do not replace testing of the finished product.

Evaluate sensory and physical properties
During technical review, consider flavor, bitterness, mouthfeel, film handling and disintegration behavior. Review sample acceptance criteria together with the active-load requirement. Any numerical target must be defined for the specific formula and test method.

Agree the control plan
The project review can cover film mass and thickness, active assay and uniformity, microbial quality, packaging seals and stability. Request the applicable method and acceptance criteria rather than assuming every test is performed identically for every SKU.

Build a batch-linked document request
Ask for the approved specification, lot identification, COA, agreed microbiological results and separate lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury reports. Confirm methods, units, reporting limits and applicable acceptance criteria with your quality team.

Do you publish a universal film size or dissolution time?
No. Film dimensions, active amount and disintegration criteria depend on the approved product specification. We do not publish unverified line capacity, universal dissolution times or bioavailability comparisons.
What is the minimum order for stock-formula oral strips?
500 boxes per SKU, with 30 individually packed strips per box. This minimum applies to the existing commercial specification and custom outer-box artwork. New formulas, inner-sachet changes and alternative packs are quoted separately.
How do I request samples?
Choose the product names and send your destination country, delivery address and preferred formula version through the inquiry form or WhatsApp. We confirm availability, sample charges, freight and timing in the quotation.
