Make the portion specific

A functional jelly brief needs a portion weight, ingredient identity list and target serving. Decide whether one sachet is one serving and which active levels the label is intended to declare. Comparing only the appearance of jelly packs can hide differences in the portion, ingredient system and manufacturing scope.

Specify flavor, sweetness and jelly texture

Record preferred texture, sweetness, acidity, flavor and the way the product is opened and consumed. Ask which existing formula direction is available and which changes require a sample round. The quote should identify its formula basis, sample scope and packaging configuration. The oral-strip range’s published MOQ does not set the terms for a jelly project.

The sachet is a functional component

Agree material specification, fill weight, sealing, opening feature, coding area and carton configuration. The package should be reviewed with the intended distribution and storage conditions. Use the approved sachet and artwork references in the purchase order so production and purchasing are discussing the same configuration.

Connect the quality file to the actual jelly

Ask for the relevant ingredient specifications, microbiological criteria, active assays and contaminants panel. Review the COA and any separate reports against the actual formula and sample or batch. Manufacturing-site certificates help identify the applicable production scope; they do not describe the analytical results of a jelly batch.

Approve formula, package and release records

Before production, align the approved sample with the final formula, portion, sachet, artwork and test requirements. Keep the visual development presentation separate from evidence of a finished batch. The functional jelly page outlines the project route, while the quality page helps your team specify the document request.

Four jelly directions require different product evidence

Jelly directionIngredient focusUseful question before approval
ArginineL-arginine and the selected complementary amino acids. What does the approved portion contribute, separately from total fill?
CreatineThe selected creatine material and serving.Which result measures creatine in the finished jelly?
Collagen + vitamin CCollagen source, peptide specification and vitamin C.What source/allergen declarations and content evidence apply?
Prebiotic fiberThe actual inulin, FOS or resistant-dextrin blend. What fiber declaration basis and use instructions match the SKU?

These are four distinct product directions, not four names for one generic jelly. Sachet dimensions, fill, retail count and commercial schedule follow the selected specification. For sensory review, record the approved texture and handling alongside the formula reference. The finished jelly and sealed sachet, rather than a loose ingredient sample, form the relevant retail-product reference.
