State whether the product is intended to be mixed into liquid, taken from a measured scoop or supplied as an individual sachet/stick pack. Record ingredient identities, target amounts, portion mass, mixing instructions and sensory requirements. These decisions affect blend and filling review.
Ask how blend uniformity, particle characteristics, flow, segregation, clumping and moisture exposure will be evaluated where relevant. For a beverage concept, define the review conditions for dispersion, sediment and flavor instead of promising instant solubility.
Tubs, pouches, sachets and stick packs are existing packaging directions, subject to portion, barrier and equipment review. Is a scoop the same as a verified serving? Specify the mass and appropriate measurement/label instructions. Can a bulk blend be moved directly into a stick pack? Confirm flow, portion accuracy, seal and packaging requirements first. Request agreed specifications, batch test documents and pack references at handover.
